JKSSB MTS Class 4 Recruitment 2026; The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released a Corrigendum to Advertisement Notification No. 09 of 2026 dated 01 September 2026 for recruitment to Class-IV (MTS) and Sanitation Worker posts. As per the latest notice dated 01 October 2026, the vacancy breakup given in Annexure-A has been modified and fresh dates have been announced for submission of online application forms.
The total number of vacancies remains 2,863 across UT Cadre, Divisional Cadre and District Cadre. Candidates can now submit their online application forms from 14 October 2026 (12:00 AM) to 12 November 2026 (11:59 PM). The last date for receiving the application fee online is also 12 November 2026 (11:59 PM).

JKSSB Class 4 MTS Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process for JKSSB Class 4 MTS Recruitment 2026 includes the following stages:
- Stage 1 – Written Examination – The first stage shall be the JKSSB Class 4 MTS written examination. The examination will be held in OMR based/offline mode. The examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice objective-type questions carrying 100 marks in total.
- Stage 2 – Document Verification – The candidates qualifying the written test will be called for Document Verification (DV) against the vacancy.
- Stage 3 – Final Selection – The selection/appointment of candidates will be made on the basis of vacancies, merit, category-wise reservation, and document verification.
